About Our Founder

My name is Robert Reynolds. Before Christ, I was a 17-year drug addict and career criminal. I was diagnosed with severe depression, bipolar disorder, and borderline paranoid schizophrenia. In 2007 I was sentenced to 10 years in prison. There I met Jesus in a face-to-face encounter, and He delivered me from every addiction and diagnosis. I was completely healed and set free.

After my release in 2011, I pursued the path God had for me. I met my wife, and we now live in Augusta, WV. We have five children - Brooke (29), Carli (19), Bailey (18), and two boys still at home, Joseph (6) and Caleb (5). We're also blessed with twin grandsons, Elias and Kade.

We recently launched The Way Ministries 146. The vision is to reach the lost the way He reached me - bridging the gap between the pew and the street.
